Why PortLevel exists

Too many field projects separate cable installation from the technology the cabling must support. PortLevel was created to close that gap through cleaner scope, better execution, clearer communication, and a professional handoff.

Founder technical background

Telecommunications and Electronics Engineer
15+ years of hands-on AV and IT infrastructure experience
Crestron Certified Master Programmer
Commercial cabling, racks, control systems, AV-over-IP, UC, and professional integration experience
Software engineering experience used to improve estimating, documentation, and operations

How that experience changes the work

Device locations are considered in context. Rack work is approached as part of a supportable system. Field notes are written for the people who must configure or troubleshoot next. Technical issues are escalated with useful evidence instead of vague statements.

Commercial focus

PortLevel serves businesses, MSPs, AV integrators, network integrators, VARs, and enterprise teams across DFW. Residential automation is not part of the service offering.
