PortLevel LLC

Terms of Service

Terms for commercial structured cabling and network infrastructure services.

PortLevel LLC provides commercial structured cabling and network infrastructure services. Work is performed according to the scope, pricing, assumptions, exclusions, and schedule stated in the applicable estimate, quote, work order, or other written agreement.

Scope of Work

Services may include commercial Cat6/Cat6A cabling, patch panels, racks and network closets, wireless access point cabling, labeling, testing, certification, cable tracing, network closet cleanup, pathway support, and related field services.

PortLevel does not provide regulated security-system installation, monitoring, alarm services, access-control installation, or camera installation/configuration. Where applicable, PortLevel may provide cabling or prewire infrastructure for customer- or IT-provider-supplied equipment.

Changes to Scope

Changes to the agreed scope may require a written change order and additional charges. Customer-requested work outside the original scope is billed separately.

Site Access and Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to work areas and disclosing known site conditions that may affect installation. Delays or additional work caused by inaccessible areas, concealed conditions, unavailable pathways, hazardous conditions, building restrictions, or other unforeseen site conditions may result in additional charges.

Materials and Equipment

Materials, equipment rentals, permit fees, and special-order items may require advance payment. Certain items may be non-refundable once purchased, ordered, rented, or otherwise committed for the project.

Scheduling

Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by material availability, customer access, third-party delays, weather, site conditions, or other circumstances outside PortLevel’s reasonable control.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on each estimate, invoice, quote, or work order. Customers are responsible for payment according to those terms. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.

Card and Electronic Payments

Customers may be offered payment options including ACH, credit/debit card, or other supported electronic payment methods. Any applicable processing fees or surcharges will be disclosed where required and permitted.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, appropriate access, required approvals, and a safe work environment.

Warranty and Corrections

If a customer identifies an issue with completed work, PortLevel should be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct work that falls within the agreed scope.

Limitation of Scope

PortLevel is responsible only for the services specifically included in the agreed scope. Network configuration, software configuration, ISP services, active network equipment programming, security-system functions, and other third-party services are excluded unless specifically stated otherwise.
