Integrator projects often need someone on site who can work productively with a remote programmer, engineer, manufacturer, or project manager. PortLevel brings 15+ years of AV/IT infrastructure experience and Crestron Certified Master Programmer depth to that field role.
PortLevel performs the field scope agreed with the integrator. Design authority, credentials, code ownership, network change approval, and customer responsibility remain with the appropriate project stakeholders unless explicitly reassigned in writing.
Closeout can include device status, photos, serial/MAC information, port records, issue notes, test observations, punch-list disposition, and actions completed under remote direction.
